360 Creative Hub Fashion Acceleration is an annual Designer in Residency program to accelerate emerging fashion designers grooming them to be the next high street Nigerian brands. The 360 Fashion Acceleration (360 FA) program is built for designers fashion focused on apparel and/or accessories making looking to launch and/or accelerate their fashion businesses.
Throughout the course of three (3) months, the Designers-in-Residence (DIR) will be required to attend and complete a mandatory core curriculum of workshops and seminars focused on business development. Conducted at both 360 FA as well as at off-site locations, these workshops and seminars are essential to the 360 FA program and attendance is mandatory.
The DIR’s will be offered an office space which will include a holistic package:
Business Mentorship – think legal, marketing, branding support, financial, strategizing, sustainability, PR, Monthly business workshops.
Incubation Space – locker space, desk and chair, free wireless internet, professional cutting table, digitizer and plotter, mailing address at facility, workshop room with sample production space, shared conference room/showroom space.
Access to Market – Qeturah.com.Payporte,Jumia and Konga as strategic go-to-market partner for online and offline opportunities, and press opportunities.
Business Development – Take fashion enthusiasts from concept and development to making sales and delivering quality products on time.
Future Support – 360 FA and its partners will further support talent that understands the program is a business proposition, not merely a creative opportunity.
Applicants seeking admission to 360 FA are required to:
Reside in Lagos or be willing to move to Lagos for the duration of the program.
Be 21 years or age or older
Provide (Fashion Design Portfolio) a minimum of five (5) images of your garment work or accessory line. Ideally, works that best reflects your vision for you brand is what we seek. If called back for an interview, plan to show at least these samples and more.
Either plan to start, or have already started (0-3) years, a fashion business in Nigeria.
Be able to commit to 360 FA completely, utilizing all available resources, similar to a full-time job. We will only consider enthusiastic fashion designers dedicated to their fashion businesses 100%.
Speak and understands English Language
Be able to sustain self for the duration of the program – accommodation, feeding, and transportation.
Demonstrate a manageable level of financial ability to fund their new businesses throughout the six (6) months residency (sample development, production, marketing, operations…).

Designers who are ineligible to apply to this program:
Those who cannot commit to the incubator on a full-time basis, utilizing the office, workshop and studio space at 360 Creative Hub for a period of six (6) months.
Those who cannot attend the full curriculum of workshops.
Those who cannot sustain selves for the duration of the program.
The 360 FA Board and a team of industry professionals will judge 360 FA applicants based on the below criteria. Designers-in-Residence (DIR) should:
Have the ability to commit to 360 CFHI completely, utilizing all available resources, with the intent to launch their businesses as a full-time career.
Have a strong vision for their collection and/or great business concept.
Demonstrate the highest level of responsibility and dedication to both the program and their business.
Have the ability to work well with others with the desire and flexibility to engage in and be respectful of the program’s many collaborations.
Understand that while we are here to provide resources and help DIR’s establish their businesses, ultimately, DIR’s are responsible for each and every aspect of beginning, operating, and growing their individual companies.
Understand that we cannot help teach design. We do our best to provide the resources to help lay a proper business and production foundation for our DIR’s.
